● No benefits, wages, or guarantees are implied
5. Payment & Financial Integrity
● All payments must be lawful, transparent, and properly documented
● No cash structuring, concealment, or off‑book transactions are permitted
● The Company reserves the right to refuse suspicious transactions
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, curricula, SOPs, and materials are proprietary.
No reproduction or distribution without written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding:
● Specific financial outcomes
● Regulatory approvals
● Business performance results
● Services are provided “as‑is” to the extent permitted by Law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Law, the Company shall not be liable for:
● Indirect or consequential damages
● Regulatory changes beyond our control
● Actions taken by third parties
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of:

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS or text messages from C-Care Lawn Services, C-Care University, C-Care Eco-Line, and affiliated entities for legitimate business purposes, which may include:

● Training, certification, or workforce communications
● Informational or promotional messages (where permitted by law)
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services.
14. SMS Opt-Out & Help

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect other service communications unless required by law.
15. Message & Data Rates

16. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
